Congratulations! I’m so excited for you!
Your wedding day is a BIG day! There is always a lot going on! Lots of hurried decorating, time spent getting ready, and making sure that every last detail is perfect.
The last thing that you need to be thinking about is your photography!
Whether you are doing this all on your own with help of friends and family or if you have hired a wedding coordinator, the planning of your wedding takes time and dedication! You have a vision, and it is my job to capture every detail so that you can look back at your images and wedding album and re-live all of the amazing moments of your day for years to come!
Photography on your wedding day should not be stressful at all! It is important to have a photographer that you get along with really well, because let’s be honest, you are going to be seeing me A LOT (maybe even more than your soon to be spouse)! A photographer shares almost every moment of your special day with you and having someone that you trust to capture those precious memories is essential.
This is why I have curated a photography experience built around you, it is your day afterall!
The Highline Homestead Wedding Experience begins with a consultation over the phone/zoom, or my favorite- a cup of coffee!
I want to hear all about your day, how the planning is going, and what your vision is for your wedding day! These conversations let us get to know each other before you ever get in front of my camera. We will plan your engagement session by finding the perfect location for you and setting a date. The engagement session is a great time for us to get to know each other better and for you and your fiancé to get comfortable with posing! I will guide you through my core poses and ultimately this will reduce stress on your wedding day because you will know what to expect for couples photos. You will be confident and comfortable and that shows through into your images!
After your engagement session, your photos will be perfectly edited and we can go over options for prints, save-the-date cards, and/or digital files. I won’t leave you feeling stuck with lots of images on your computer! We will work together to get you the perfect print products to tell your friends and family about your big day!
After your engagement session and closer to your wedding date I will send you helpful blog posts and tips of what to make sure you have packed for your wedding day! I will also send over a copy of our Bridal Guide! We will find a time to go over your must have photos and make sure that all your questions are answered so that we can all go into your big day 100% confident in each other!
